Benefits
ExcessEach and every claim lodged and recoverable under the Policy will attract an excess of AUD $250. Pre-Existing Medical ConditionTravel insurance only provides cover for emergency overseas medical events that are unforseen. Medical conditions that were pre-existing at the time of the Policy being purchased and issued are not covered, unless they are a condition that we (Chubb Australia) expressly agree to. If you have a pre-existing condition that is not covered Chubb Australia will not pay any claims arising from, related to or associated with that condition. This means that you may have to pay for an overseas medical emergency which can be prohibitive in some countries. To view the policy details, click here. To read the insurance FAQs, click here.
